William Crighton is the principal and owner of Capital City Consultants. As Texas’ leading authority on JIRA and a specialist in process management and development systems, William started CCC in 2003 so he could help more companies improve their project management processes. His first priority is to deliver expertly designed, supported workflow solutions to meet his clients’ needs. William’s extensive background in software and system implementation and customization provides him with the tools to solve any issue. He has the flexibility and understanding to tackle any problem thanks to his past roles as a project manager, developer lead and senior business analyst. William holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science with a minor in Math from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

James Calcaben is a Technical Consultant for CCC. In this role, James is responsible for writing code, researching project issues, and developing solutions based on client needs. In addition to his technical proficiencies, he brings a wealth of past web development experience to CCC. James holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Dana Scoggins is a Consultant for Capital City Consultants. His main roles are to support clients' JIRA needs and perform internal IT work. His 13+ years of experience in the IT industry has given him the understanding to tackle problems from all sides and create solutions that maximize technical efficiency. Dana holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas.
